James did a great job today in class. He read again about the differences between long ago and now and was able to compare both times. He filled in a Venn diagram. James and I talked about why this reading today was nonfiction. James can continue to review the difference between fiction and nonfiction texts. 

James and I practiced his spelling words and he had a hard time with 'nose' 'cute' and 'nope.'

James' homework for this week is the unit test.
