James did a great job in class today. He was attentive and did very well with his reading. We are looking at long vowel sounds created by the bossy 'e'. James will continue to practice the pronunciation and correct reading of words with the long and short vowel sounds.

He did great using a Venn diagram to compare life in the past and present.
