James did a great job with his grammar practice and reading today. We reviewed using verbs in the simple present tense and he did an excellent job selecting the correct form of each verb. Encourage James to read his sentences when he finishes writing them outloud to hear if he has any errors of verb usage.

He read a nice folktale and did very well answering the discussion questions.

Today, James and I completed lesson 10. Please have him complete the homework for lesson 9, task 3. This is a practice of past tense verbs and will be a good review for James.
