Dear Serena's parents,

My goodness, Serena is so busy with her school work! I know her hard work will pay off, without question. 

For today's lesson, we reviewed Serena's homework plus her Anchor Chart binder. We also covered Lesson 16 - Task 1 - U6L6 - Your Turn.  

We covered the following literacy concepts:

1) Key/New Vocabulary

2) Genre: Narrative Nonfiction

3) Text Feature: Timeline

4) Latin & Greek Prefixes & Suffixes

5) Mythology

NO Homework will be assigned to Serena this week due to the extensive amount of school work she must complete. Good luck with your school work Serena and try not to become too anxious or stressed out. You can do it! Deep breathes (lots of plants!), and little breaks and water, do help.
