Dear Marquis' parents,

It was so nice to see Marquis again after my Christmas holiday. Marquis seems to be enjoying his own Winter Break. He explained all the things that have been happening during his Winter Break such as firework displays, scenic spots, and shopping malls. He also explained about his own activities during this time such as his piano practice for a competition as well as his little brother's English language learning experience. Today, Marquis used conversational English with strong effect and accuracy. Very well done, Marquis!

I would like to recommend that Marquis no longer have Spelling & Phonics as part of his G3 Wonders curriculum because he has mastered Spelling & Phonics at this grade level. Congratulations, Marquis! I would recommend that Marquis' homework consist of alternating weekly tests and grammar worksheets, from week to week. He is so proud of his little brother because he catches so many grasshoppers for the Praying Mantis. Marquis even showed me the Praying Mantis' eggs that it just laid. Incredible!
