1. Majestic and mysterious. I'd say she holds a lot of secrets.

2. The hobbits probably felt very.. I don't have a word for this. In awe? I'm not sure about everyone else.

3. Maybe the visions seen were visions of the future. Like Gandalf in White clothing, that's in the future.

4. Gimli, since he actually started crying-

5. His goals and motives were not evil, even if his actions were wrong. He had a desire to protect, and he believed that if he had the One Ring and overthrew Sauron, he would use the Ring to rule with peace, security, wisdom, and generosity. And the Ring was literally corrupting him at that time-

6. I'm not really sure, maybe it represents what they desire..?

7. The Gates mark the nourthern border of Gondor, and I think maybe it relates since decline means to not welcome (or something) and the statues aren't exactly welcoming enemies-

8. Boromir finds him and asks unpolitely for the Ring. Frodo is forced to put it on, and the whole Company search for him.

9. Wherever he looked, there he saw places, like the Great River. But when he looked upon Mordor, Sauron almost caught him, but he took off the Ring in time.

10. Because Sam literally jumped into water (he was aiming for the boat) just to go with Frodo.

1. Moria is one of the ancient homes of the dwarves. It was inhabited during the events of the Hobbit (featuring Bilbo). But Moria is no longer filled with dwarves, it has been a long time since one had been there. Gimli is eager to rediscover Moria and hopefully awaken it again. However, the others are less blind and are cautious.

2. Bill is unable to go through Moria, as there are stairs, steep places, and others. Plus, it is dangerous in there, and I think that Sam would rather let Bill go than see him die.

3. The Company waits as Gandalf tries to get the keyword so the Doors will open. Once that is done, they find that the Orcs had driven the dwarves out (or killed them), even though Balin came here many years ago with the same goal as Gimli: to somehow reclaim the lost land.

4. Mithril is some type of silver that's only found in Moria. Even though it was the dwarves' doom, it was still priceless. Mithril is even more priceless now that almost no one ever goes into Moria now.

5. They were driven out, or killed. Balin came after a while, but he and his crew were cornered and killed.

6. Bilbo gave Frodo some gifts that helped him protect himself. Sting is a sword that glows whenever Orcs are near (At least, that's what I remember). His mithril shirt will turn most blades, but he will still feel the impact, but it won't kill him, it just depends on what blade it is. Flaming sword? It'll probably give him a burn. Regular knife? Nothing, just a very ugly bruise.

7. They wandered through Moria, with enemies in the way (I literally have no idea how Frodo managed to survive except the fact that he has high-level gear). After wandering through for some time, they were attacked by the Orcs. Gandalf says that the chance to reclaim Moria was over, and they journeyed until they came across a Balrog, and Gandalf had to sacrifice himself so the others could keep going. The remains of the Company went through the East Doors of Moria to escape.

8. PERCY JACKSON, HARRY POTTER, SUPERMAN

9. The Elves don't trust the Dwarves, since they were the ones who found the New Evil in the first place. (The Elves don't know it was accidental, though.)

10. Moria is underground, while Lothlorien is not. Lothlorien is a forest, while Moria is a cave. Moria is abandoned, but Lothlorien is not. Yet there were both homes to magical creatures.

4. Mithril is like silver, but with much more worth. Mithril could buy the entire Shire! It's only found in Moria.

5. They were driven out? Balin then came, but he was killed. The Orcs keep the land as lost.

6. Bilbo gave him a mithril shirt, and it will protect him from any attacking blade.

7. They went through the Doors on the East Side of Moria, if I remember correctly.

8. Uhh-

9. The Elves don't trust Dwarves due to a rough past.

10. Moria is underground, while Lothlorien is not. Lothlorien is a forest, while Moria is a cave. Moria is abandoned, but Lothlorien is not. Yet there were both homes to magical creatures.

1. It was forged in the fires of Mount Doom.

2. When someone takes the Ring, the Ring will start to slowly bring the holder into its power, so when Isildur took it, he fell into its power and wasn't able to throw it into the fire where it was forged.

3. The whole kingdom was destroyed, and Aragorn is the only confirmed person to be from Arnor (He is related to Isildur).

4. Boromir is a traveler, and he went to the council to seek counsel.

5. He holds the Broken Sword and is Isildur's heir.

6. Saruman is a wizard who knew about the Rings, as the book said ' he was reached under the lore of the rings', at least I think that's was the book said. He had joined the dark side, and since Gandalf was technically his enemy, it would make sense to capture him, right?

7. I highly doubt that Tom Bombadil will keep the Ring safe, he walks around merrily as if everything is fine, he could easily be surprised by the Black Riders and have the Ring stolen from him.

8. Both of the gifts will help Frodo protect himself, so I think Bilbo just wanted Frodo to be safe.

9. The elves thought that the dwarves started the evil, so they were no longer friends.

10. There was lots of snow that piled up, and they couldn't pass through, I think.

1. A watch tower, which I recall went by the name Amon Syul.

2. There was a stone that said G3, G is the first letter of the name Gandalf, and 3 means 3 days ago, according to Aragorn.

3. When Frodo puts on the Ring, he basically becomes a target for the Black Riders, which he can also see clearly.

4. If he isn't saved in time, he will become a Wraith, except weaker and under the Ringwraiths' control, except that they are controlled by Sauron, so basically he would get controlled by Sauron.

5. It's magical water, and Gandalf added a little effect of his own (The white riders with white horses).

6. He is the Ring-bearer, and the heir of Bilbo, the Ring-finder.

7. If it were too late, Frodo would have turned into a Wraith.

8. He was captured by Sauron's sidekick, an ex-friend of Gandalf. That would probably be in the dream that Frodo had earlier.

9. I have no comment.

10. The Nazgul is simply another name for the Black Riders, or the Ringwraiths.

1. A path?

2. There was a stone that said G3, G is the first letter of the name Gandalf, and 3 could either mean the third of October or the day that was three days ago. Anyways, they are the same day so it doesn't really matter. ;-;

3. Frodo could now see clearly what the Black Riders really looked like.

4. The effect of the wound is that if he is not kept warm, shall he freeze to death. The wound will give in just a deadly chill, not exactly deadly though. The knife was probably an Ice Blade.

5. They might be weak against water, and the river was probably magical and deadly to those who are not welcome.

6. Do you mean by relatively, or in the book? If you mean in the book, he got separated when that white horse ran off. If you mean relatively, like the similarities and the differences, then I do not know.

7. He would have faded away.

8. He was captured by Sauron's sidekick, an ex-friend of Gandalf. That would probably be in the dream that Frodo had earlier.

9. I have no comment.

10. The Nazgul is simply another name for the Black Riders, or the Ringwraiths.

1. I think they represent a guide, a helping hand, and the good side of nature. The guide: They gave advice for navigating through the Old Forest. The helping hand: They provided shelter, food, water, and advice. Tom also helped the hobbits in the face of danger. The good side of nature: Tom is the enemy of Old Man Willow, who represents the bad side of nature.

2. I think it's a sign that Gandalf is coming to Rivendale and that the Road to get there has become harder, with Black Riders searching for them.

3. HE'S A MAGICAL WIZARD WITH MAGIC POWERS SO THE RING RESPONDS DIFFERENTLYYYYYYY

4. The place must have felt calm and peaceful at the time, and the calmness caused them to fall asleep.

5. They called for Tom because they were in trouble. Tom helped them by singing the trouble thingy away.

6. Not sure...

7. I think Mr. Butterbur is a very respectful person who is also a little strict. He is also a pro at recognizing people.

9. THE PRANCING PONY, BREE. Midyear's Day, Shire Year, 1418. Dear Frodo, Bad news has reached me here. I must go off at once. You had better leave Bag End soon, and get out of the Shire before the end of July at latest. I will return as soon as I can; and I will follow you, if I find that you are gone. Leave a message for me here, if you pass through Bree. You can trust the landlord (Butterbur). You may meet a friend of mine on the Road: a Man, lean, dark, tall, by some called Strider. He knows our business and will help you. Make for Rivendell. There I hope we may meet again. If I do not come, Elrond will advise you. Yours in haste GANDALF. PS. Do NOT use It again, not far any reason whatever! Do not travel by night! PPS. Make sure that it is the real Strider. There are many strange men on the roads. His true name is Aragorn. All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost. From the ashes a fire shall be woken, A light from the shadows shall spring; Renewed shall be blade that was broken, The crownless again shall be king. PPPS. I hope Butterbur sends this promptly. A worthy man, but his memory is like a lumber-roam: thing wanted always buried. If he forgets, I shall roast him. Fare Well!

10. I feel like it specifically describes what happens in the future, I've seen the title of the movies, and 'The crownless again shall be king' sounds like the title of the third movie, 'The Return of the King'.

1. He hears the conversation between the Gaffer and the Black Rider, the rider was searching for Frodo.

2. It's like the Road of Life, how there are always choices to make, and those choices will lead to a path along life.

3. Gildor is the leader of his group of Exiled Elves. He said this, 'Be careful, friends! Speak no secrets! Here is a scholar in the Ancient Tongue.'

4. Frodo is terrified of Mr. Maggot's dogs. Hobbits have a certain liking for mushrooms, and Mr. Maggot's farm is full of 'em. Frodo used to steal mushrooms from Mr. Maggot, and the last time he visited, Mr. Maggot told his dogs that the next time they saw him, they could eat him.

5. I think it's because of Pippin, he knows Mr. Maggot and is on good terms (maybe?) with him. This means that Mr. Maggot is a strict but kind person.

6. Frodo wanted people to think that he had settled down in Crickhollow, and so that they wouldn't follow him to the Mountains of Dooooooooooooooooooooooooooom.

7. Pippin found out by having Sam as the detective.

8. First, he was in a high tower at the window, looking over at what seemed to be a forest full of dangerous creatures that I thought would smell him out for sure. Then, he heard the sound of waves from the ocean and got  teleported to an open area with no trees. He saw a white tower and wanted to climb it, but while he was sturggling to get to the entrance, a light from the sky appeared and he heard the noise of thunder.

9. Hobbiton Hobbits can't swim, and the Old Forest's trees seem to be predatory. It seems that the Forest itself is alive!

10. In this case, Old Man Willow isn't nature that is good. His bad influence spreads all over the Forest, and it's bsically making nature unchecked. I think Tolkien does not have a different point of view in nature unchecked and nature under control. The Old Forest is unchecked thanks to Old Man Willow, and it will frighten people going in there. It's kind of like my idea of unchecked nature.

1. He hears the rumor about the selling of Bag's End to the Sackville-Bagginses.

2. It really describes what the old forest paths looked like in the olden days.

3. Gildor is the leader of his group of Exiled Elves. He said this, 'Be careful, friends! Speak no secrets! Here is a scholar in the Ancient Tongue.'

4. Frodo and Mr. Maggot have had a rough past and aren't on exactly good terms.

5. I think it's because of Pippin, he knows Mr. Maggot and is on good terms (maybe?) with him. This means that as long as you're fine with Mr. Maggot, he won't hurt you.

6. The house that was bought was originally from the Brandybucks, who (correct me if im wrong) are related to Frodo.

7. Frodo confessed.

8. "Eventually he fell into a vague dream, in which he seemed to be looking out of a high window over a dark sea of tangled trees. Down below among the roots there was the sound of creatures crawling and snuffling. He felt sure they would smell him out sooner or later. Then he heard a noise in the distance. At first he thought it was a great wind coming over the leaves of the forest. Then he knew that it was not leaves, but the sound of the Sea far-off; a sound he had never heard in waking life, though it had often troubled his dreams. Suddenly he found he was out in the open. There were no trees after all. He was on a dark heath, and there was a strange salt smell in the air. Looking up he saw before him a tall white tower, standing alone on a high ridge. A great desire came over him to climb the tower and see the Sea. He started to struggle up the ridge towards the tower: but suddenly a light came in the sky, and there was a noise of thunder."

1. "Bilbo was very rich and very peculiar, and had been the wonder of the Shire for sixty years, ever since his remarkable disappearance and unexpected return. The riches he had brought back from his travels had now become a local legend, and it was popularly believed, whatever the old folk might say, that the Hill at Bag End was full of tunnels stuffed with treasure. And if that was not enough for fame, there was also his prolonged vigour to marvel at. Time wore on, but it seemed to have little effect on Mr. Baggins. At ninety he was much the same as at fifty. At ninety-nine they began to call him well-preserved, but unchanged would have been nearer the mark. There were some that shook their heads and thought this was too much of a good thing; it seemed unfair that anyone should possess (apparently) perpetual youth as well as (reputedly) inexhaustible wealth. 'It will have to be paid for,' they said. 'It isn't natural, and trouble will come of it!' But so far trouble had not come; and as Mr. Baggins was generous with his money, most people were willing to forgive him his oddities and his good fortune." "At that time Frodo was still in his tweens, as the hobbits called the irresponsible twenties between childhood and coming of age at thirty-three."

2. Frodo is Bilbo's first and second cousin, once removed either way.

3. His fireworks! They are legendary, and it is very rare to see them in person.

4. The guests were very startled and bewildered at why Bilbo made his exit that way. He chose to do it so he wouldn't be disturbed when he went back to the Mountains.

5. It whispers to him, telling him to keep it forever. It allows him to go invisible and givehim almost immortal life.

6. I'd say they are very old friends- (no pun intended)

7. Only a day, I think???

8. A great ring would have lots of power, but a curse usually comes with it.

1. The author wants to make it look like Justin wrote the piece, and musicians usually don't use capitals, so the author didn't put any capitals.

2. Well, Justin's family is kind of broken. His parents are divorced, he has a brother who barely knows that he exists, and his family is extremely underprotective.

3. Julian, Henry, and Miles tease Jack, so Justin threatens them at the subway.

4. I think she never told him because of August. I can't really explain it, I just know it should have something to do with August.

5. He says that because compasses always point North, and he's making a comparision of how everyone is staring at him and how compasses always point North.

6. August thought he would look like Lobot, but when he actually tried on the hearing aids, he changed his mind because of the hearing benefits and since his hair hid most of his haering aids.

1. Via describes August as the Sun.

2. When Via sees Miranda, her looks and attitude have changed, and they kind of split apart.

3. There is a 25% chance that Via's kids will look like August.

4. It's this kind of game that is when you touch August you have 30 seconds to wash your hands or you will get the Plague. It's kind of mean, doing it behind August's back.

5. Summer sat down with August because she felt sorry for him. After a while, though, Summer kept sitting with her becuase he was fun.

6. Since Jack ditched him (without meaning to), August was in a bad mood and suspected that Mr. Tushman talked to Summer to become friends with August, like Jack.

7. Jack had seen Augst before and was reluctant to welcome August, but he saw his brother being mean, he changed his mind because if Jamie, a second-grader, can be mean, then August probably wouldn't stand a chance in middle school.

8. You can get used to his face in about a week, he's a really cool dude, he's really smart and might let you copy off his paper, and Jack actually WANTS to be friends with August.

1. 'His eyes are about an inch below where they should be on his face, almost to halfway down his cheeks. They slant downward at an extreme angle, almost like diagonal slits that someone cut into his face, and the left one is noticeably lower than the right one. They bulge outward because his eye cavities are too shallow to accommodate them. The top eyelids are always halfway closed, like he's on the verge of sleeping. The lower eyelids sag so much they almost look like a piece of invisible string is pulling them downward: you can see the red part on the inside, like they're almost inside out. He doesn't have eyebrows or eyelashes. His nose is disproportionately big for his face, and kind of fleshy. His head is pinched in on the sides where the ears should be, like someone used giant pliers and crushed the middle part of his face. He doesn't have cheekbones. There are deep creases running down both sides of his nose to his mouth, which gives him a waxy appearance.'
