Just want to tell you, you can press tab on your key board to indent

Jamie did a great job in class today. He began talking about using verbs in the simple present tense in affirmative sentences. Jamie has a solid understanding of when the verb needs an 's' on the end. We will work to increase Jamie's knowledge of regular and irregular verbs. Jamie also practiced using frequency adverbs in his sentences and he was able to form his own sentences with and without assistance.

Hi,

Jamie did an excellent job in class today. He was attentive and worked hard. He remembered that all sentences need a capital letter and punctuation. Jamie did a great job identifying the proper nouns and adding capital letters to them (names, countries, cities). 

Jamie did well with a dictation practice. He can continue to practice spelling the words 'necessary' and 'exercise.' We will take some time to practice the soft /c/ sound found in both words in a future class.

Jamie did an excellent job on his homework before class. He is forming his own complete and correct sentences. Jamie participated very well in class and showed an excellent understanding of using the 'be' verb correctly in sentences.

Jamie did an excellent job on class today. He completed all activities with assistance and he knows how to correctly punctuate a sentence. Jamie continued to practice vocabulary to talk about the days of the week and as we move into a new unit we will begin the months of the year. Each unit we will expand a bit with important vocabulary Jamie will need to talk with his teacher and classmates.

Happy Monday,

Jamie did an excellent job in class. He participated very well and worked through some difficult tasks. Jamie practiced a dictation of 12 of his vocabulary words and did a great job spelling each. He can continue to practice 'animal' and 'travel.' Jamie is writing better sentences and used all punctuation and capitalization correctly in class. I am encouraging Jamie to use unfamiliar vocabulary words in his own sentences in class.

Jamie did an excellent job today in class. He worked to read all vocabulary words and I was very happy with the way he read the short /a/ vowel sound in each word. Jamie continues to practice forming his own sentences. He knows that an affirmative sentence usually starts with the subject followed closely by the verb.

We will continue to work on day to day vocabulary such as the days of the week, weather, and feelings. These are words Jamie will encounter in each lesson and I am confident he will learn each quickly.
